To get the best experience out of your company's site, we recommend keeping your browser up to date. When you're using an older browser version, you may miss out on cool new features or added security measures.
The good news is that most browsers will automatically update to the latest version. But, if pages or forms aren’t loading properly, a good first step is to make sure your browser is up to date.
How to check for browser updates:
Chrome:
- Open Chrome.
- Select the Customize and control Google Chrome button at the top-right corner of the browser.
- Select Help, and then select About Google Chrome.
- Chrome will automatically check for updates. If an update is available, you can download the latest version from the same window.
Safari:
- Open the App Store.
- Select Updates from the list of options.
- Your macOS will automatically check for updates. If a Safari update is available, you can now download the latest version.
Firefox:
- Open Firefox.
- Select the Open menu button at the top-right corner of the browser.
- Select Help, and then select About Firefox.
- Firefox will automatically check for updates. If an update is available, you can download the latest version from the same window.
Internet Explorer:
Internet Explorer was replaced by Microsoft Edge. If you are still using Internet Explorer, make sure you have version 11.
You can download version 11 on the Microsoft support site.
Microsoft Edge:
- Open Settings on your Windows computer.
- Select Update & Security, and then select Windows Update.
- Select Check for updates.
- If an Edge update is available, you can now download the latest version.
