You can share any challenge from its details page. Select Share challenge to copy a link or download a QR code for posters and promotional materials. You don't need to have joined the challenge first.
Note: Only people in your company can open the shared link.
How do I share a challenge with a link?
To share a challenge using a link:
- Go to Challenges and open the challenge you want to share.
- Select Share challenge at the top of the page.
- Select Copy next to the Challenge link field. The button shows Copied briefly when it works.
- Paste the link into an email, chat, or intranet post.
How do I share a challenge with a QR code?
To download a QR code that you can use to promote the challenge on a poster, flyer, or other printed material:
- Go to Challenges, open the challenge, and select Share challenge.
- Select PNG or SVG in the QR Code Download section.
- Add the QR code to your materials. Colleagues can scan it to open the challenge.
Note: Test the QR code before sharing. Results may vary depending on your company's IT policies.
What if I can't start a challenge someone shared with me?
If the challenge has been archived, the link still opens but the option to start it won't be available. Colleagues can still view the challenge content. Archived challenges don't appear in the catalog.
